District Budget and Manual of Procedures Voting Information
From Wednesday June 10 to Friday June 12, 2026 District 7475 will conduct a vote of the clubs on the following three items:
2024-25 District Finance Audit Review
Club vote to be entered by the current Club President
Description: Rotary International requires that district finances be audited following year-end. The audit must be presented to and approved by the clubs. The District Internal Review Committee conducted the required audit. A copy of the 2024-25 Finance Audit can be found in the adjacent Budget & Finance Files section. 2026-27 Proposed District Budget
Club vote to be entered by the current Club President-Elect (2026-27 President)
Description: This is the budget proposed by DGE Joe Nastus for Rotary Year 2026-27 (7/1/26 - 6/30-27). This budget has been reviewed and approved by the District Finance Committee for presentation to the clubs. A copy of the proposed 2026-27 budget, and the current 2025-26 budget for comparison can be found in the adjacent Budget Files section. 2026 Proposed Manual of Procedures
Club vote to be entered by the current Club President-Elect (2026-27 President)
Description: The Manual of Procedures (MOP) are the rules we follow in running the district. These rules may be updated annually by the District Rules and Procedures Committee. The Committee Chair is the current DGN. For this year, the Chair is DGN Kalpana Patel. Changes or amendments to the MOP must be approved by a vote of the clubs. The proposed 2026 District 7475 Manual of Procedures will replace the current 2024 version if approved. Both files can be found in the adjacent Manual of Procedures (MOP) Files section. Voting Process
The voting for all three documents will be conducted electronically and you will be able to enter your vote at anytime during the voting period, starting at 6:00 AM Wednesday June 10 through 11:59 PM on Friday June 12, 2026.
Club Presidents and Presidents-Elect must be registered in ClubRunner to enter a vote.
The vote for each club is entered by the current Club President or President-Elect as described above, but that vote should represent the position of the club. The information necessary to make an informed decision is available to all District Rotarians.
The voting links and detailed instructions will be emailed to all Club Presidents and Presidents-Elect who are registered in ClubRunner on June 1, 2026.
